Yuyao New Unified piston ring factory was founded in February 2002 and is located in Yuyao, a historic and cultural city in southeastern China. It is a modern enterprise engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of piston rings and piston ring specialized equipment. The factory is located in the beautiful and fertile Ningshao Plain of the Yangtze River Delta, belonging to the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle led by Shanghai. It is 50 kilometers east of Ningbo Lishe Airport and Ningbo Port, west of Hangzhou Xiaoshanqian Airport, and north of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, making the geographical location of the factory more advantageous and convenient.
The factory provides comprehensive piston ring products for domestic landscaping machinery and general machinery manufacturers, and is committed to providing high-quality piston ring products to users such as chainsaws, lawn mowers, aircraft models, generators, and motorboats. The products are exported to more than ten countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, America, developed regions, and Southeast Asia, with an annual production capacity of more than 30 million pieces. It is a well-known global supplier of piston rings.
The enterprise covers an area of over 6000 square meters and has more than 60 employees. The factory has fixed assets of over 20 million yuan and has internationally advanced piston ring production equipment and testing instruments. It has also passed the ISO9001 quality system certification of the German Rheinland Group. The various types of piston rings developed and produced by the factory, including nitriding, chrome plating, ceramic plating (CIP), physical vapor deposition (PVD), and diamond-like carbon coating (DLC), can meet the design requirements of the latest national standards for new engines.
